Jordan’s Ministry of Investment, through its Public-Private Partnership Unit, has extended the deadline for interested applicants to submit qualification applications for the development of the Jaber Border Crossing Project under a PPP model in Jordan.

The project is being pursued under a PPP model, with the qualification process intended to identify interested and capable private-sector applicants for the project. The extension was granted following requests from interested applicants, giving them additional time to prepare and submit their qualification applications in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Qualification (RFQ) document. The submission deadline was extended by three weeks, with the revised deadline set for 24 August 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Jordan local time, replacing the previously announced deadline. The ministry also extended the deadline for applicants to submit requests for clarification regarding the qualification process to 28 July 2026. Applicants were required to follow the submission procedures and requirements outlined in the RFQ document. The announcement was issued on 19 July 2026 by Jordan's Ministry of Investment.
