Infrastructure Ontario has closed the Request for Proposals (RFP) to design, build, finance and maintain the new Ontario Science Centre.
Following a fair, open and transparent Request for Qualifications process, three teams were prequalified and invited to respond to an RFP in January 2025. The following teams submitted proposals by the deadline:

The next steps will include evaluation of proposals, selecting a preferred team and negotiation of a final contract. The selected team is expected to be announced in early 2026. A fairness monitor is overseeing the entire procurement process.
