The Roads General Authority (RGA), in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization & Public-Private Partnership (NCP), announces the list of qualified consortia and companies selected for the One-Stop Station (OSS) Project.

Under the OSS initiative, Saudi Arabia is inviting private sector partners to help transform its expansive 73,600-km intercity road network with modern service facilities. The project was launched through an EOI process as part of a 30-year Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) PPP and will be tendered in three waves comprising six packages. The first wave will include the initial package, the second wave will encompass the second and third packages, and the third wave will cover the remaining three packages. The qualified groups include four strategic consortia and two leading companies:

  • Al-Ayuni Investment & Contracting Co. and Al Jeri
  • IC İçtaş İnşaat’t, Algihaz Holding, Al-Drees
  • Tech-Trade Global, Al Habbas, Fuelax, Markabat, Naqleen Co
  • PetroMin and Red Sea Housing
  • ASYAD and SASCO

These partners have qualified to move forward into the competitive procurement phases of the OSS Project. The proposed facilities will feature fuel stations, retail areas, parking for customers, driver rest facilities, vehicle servicing, and hospitality offerings, all aimed at improving the travel experience for both residents and visitors.
