Peru's Private Investment Promotion Agency (PROINVERSIÓN) has appointed the Consorcio Axioma-ESAN as the specialized supervisor for the Hospital de Emergencias Villa El Salvador (HEVES) in Lima, Peru.

PROINVERSIÓN has signed a five-year supervision agreement with the Axioma-ESAN Consortium to oversee and verify the operation and maintenance of the HEVES. Through the agreement, the consortium will provide specialized technical supervision to ensure compliance with the PPP contract, reinforcing PROINVERSIÓN's role as the contract administrator and helping deliver sustainable infrastructure, high-quality hospital services, and improved outcomes for the public.

Among its main responsibilities are monitoring the availability and proper functioning of hospital equipment, comprehensive infrastructure maintenance, and the adequate provision of essential services such as cleaning, laundry, food services, security, waste management, and facility maintenance. The consortium will monitor compliance with contractual performance indicators, carry out regular inspections, prepare technical reports, identify potential breaches, and recommend corrective actions to support effective contract implementation. These responsibilities are aimed at ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality healthcare services for nearly one million residents of Villa El Salvador, Lurín, Pachacámac, Pucusana, and Lima's southern coastal districts.
