Anglian Water has officially appointed an unincorporated joint venture comprising AtkinsRéalis, Mace, and Turner & Townsend as its Programme Delivery Partner (PDP) under a GBP 1 billion (US$1.3 billion) strategic agreement that spans 15 years—from April 2025 Asset Management Period (AMP8) through to the end of AMP10 in 2040. This partnership will support the delivery of Anglian Water’s largest-ever business plan, worth approximately GBP 11 billion (US$14.7 billion), starting with AMP8 (2025‑2030), and will oversee major infrastructure schemes—most notably two new reservoirs in the Fens and Lincolnshire. As one of the most significant contracts of its kind in the UK water sector, the deal represents a long‑term collaboration that embeds the PDP team within the utility’s integrated delivery model to drive consistency, efficiency, innovation, and value for customers and the environment.
