Hull City Council has issued a tender for the servicing and maintenance of communal building plant, aiming to ensure the continued operation and safety of key systems such as heating, ventilation, pumps, and other mechanical infrastructure across its estate. Published on 4 July 2025, the contract is set to begin on 24 November 2025 and run until 23 November 2027, with the possibility of a two-year extension, making the total potential duration just under four years. The estimated annual contract value is £240,000, bringing the total possible contract value to £960,000 (excluding VAT).
